The days I have pushed through the really tough workouts or got out of bed even though the excuses were so loud in my head, I am so productive. Because starting your day in the right way is so much more important than most people realize. YOU set the tone for your day. Ever noticed how when someone tells you about their day 9 times out of 10 it starts with a crap morning. Example: "ugh I have had the worst day. I'm talking from the moment my first alarm went off I knew it was going to be a bad day." wow, what an incredibly negative & depressing thing you just said to me. Thanks for that. Now I feel like I have to feel bad for your, even though in my mind I know you could have been having a much different conversation with me if you had only woken up at that first alarm happy to be alive. But no, instead I'm the only one here that did that...& instead of you trying to feed off of other's good vibes, you're trying to bring us down. Let's learn from this & try again tomorrow 😁 haha okay that might have a tiny bit of sarcasm in there but I think a little honesty in a more blunt way is good. Would it be better to just let the whole room think it but never try to point out the issue & find the root? We can all be improving each day, but that's a whole lot easier if you will power through the heap of excuses & kick even more ass today than you did yesterday 😈 get after it #YRG #YearRoundGrind
