Test scene. I wanted to practice the posing/positioning of one of the scenes in my Senior Project animation. I’m not sure how the official scene is going to turn out since I’ll be using a different program, but ya.
hello, i stayed up until 5am animating this for my 3D animation class and this surprisingly has earned me praise from my professor LMAOOOO
I’m not a big fan of this animation style because I still need a lot of work on making it smoother... But that’s because I KEEP OVERLOOKING MY MISTAKES LMAO. I’m too lazy to fix it rn, but ya, simple animation for one of my classes. I think the reason why I like it is because of the art style I used.

Hey ya’ll wanna see one of my crappy projects for uni??? I finished one of my mid term assignments in one day LMAO. The walk cycle is janky, but honestly... I’m just glad I got it done. Anyway, my professor wanted us to animate with After Effects and I’m like, “cool this program is awesome, but how do I use it--” Also, drawing furries is a lot easier than humans so that’s why... it’s furries LMAO.
Here’s a higher quality version of my short Rein animation of him taking an ice bath! This is the first time I’ve ever cleaned up and colored one of my animations before. I learned a lot and experimented with what I can do with the animation tool on Clip Studio Paint. It was a pain to have to color every frame that I animated, which is why there are parts that doesn’t line up all that well. Anyway, this was supposed to be a simple sketch at first, but then I thought, “huh what would it look like if I added him breathing?” and it kinda took off from there lol. It took me around 7 hours because I kept wondering “what if I did this” or “would this work?” while working on this.
Here are some wip shots of my process. The first one is a test gif of what it looks like without the colors and bg. The other two are stills, where the first one is the initial sketch and the other one is the final still of what the overall drawing looks like.
Final animation for one of my animation classes. This class was the first time I attempted to animate and I learned SO much. It was my favorite class out of the semester. The last 12 seconds are rough because I did them in 4 in a half hours ahh. We didn’t have to color it in since my professor wanted us to focus more on the movement so that we understood the principles. Basically, Rein is out on a morning jog and he sees an old granny wondering if she would be able to cross the road, so he offers some assistance, but along the way, someone came for revenge.
A little background information as to why the hell Rein is battling a chicken. After my class and I got used to the squash and stretch technique, we were supposed to create a ball shape with appendages to understand follow through and other secondary actions, and so I decided that rather than a ball, I’ll just draw a round chicken. My class grew to love the little sassy chicken animations that I’ve done, so I figured I might as well incorporate them into my final, thus resulting in this ridiculous premise LMAO.
