I thought a few days ago, "I want to make a character who is catered specifically to me". And then, while thinking of said character, I expanded that to be "I want to make a character who can do anything, for anyone, anytime, anywhere".
So, Kifra, the kinkfreak, was born! Every part of Kifra is specifically designed to be able to do anything - no matter how niche, obscure, or strange your fetish is, Kifra can do it. And it will do it, and it will love doing it- even if it hates it! The only rule is that everyone involved must explicitly be an adult. Otherwise, The People's Freak can do it!
As for Kifra's character itself, I like to think of it as an experimentalist body modder that does everything out of sheer boredom. It finds entertainment in sex and doing strange things, and has this attitude of "I will survive it if I will it so", making it rather brave… or stupid… and willing to do things that would get a normal person killed. Inevitably, somehow, it always comes back okay, even if it does actually die… Perhaps it truly is a trickster spirit.
External personality-wise, Kifra's a pretty normal person outside of its entertainment endeavors. It probably works a 9-5 at a fast food restaurant or something.

How much control does Kifra have over its organs when shapeshifting? Could it change up its internal anatomy if it wanted, or perform Body Horror Shenanigans?
Complete control! A bunch of its internal pockets are specifically designed for like, vore purposes, or hiding objects/people. Of course by default it doesn't have two pairs of lungs, or a two-way digestive system, or a vaginal crop.
Of course, it can also do body horror shenanigans if it would like to. It's probably been an actor in a couple horror movies. It'd kill at the lanky big mouth analog horror guy.
