While this #brownie with white #chocolate #icecream and #meringue was a tad too sweet for my palate - I can't help thinking that a little acidic burst of fruit (raspberry, perhaps, or passionfruit) would have cut through the cloying chocolatiness of it all - I still polished it all off.
