#ki powers

Yep! That's right. It's time to finally do ki After all this time.

Woof I'm gonna need to make a master post with links just to keep things set right aren't I?

Well that's just how it works I guess. Time to delve right into the life energy of miracles and harmony itself. Ki

Ki is the origin of all the bodies energy(and the true form of wild power.) None of the chis that are in your body or in the worlds would exist without ki to be the original and the progenitor. If spiritual energy is a parent energy to magic and psionics then ki is what you would consider the grand parent energy.

Ki is neither pure good nor is it pure evil. It is neither pure light or pure dark, it is neither pure order nor pure chaos. Ki is a balance. The purest state of balance between both parts of you. And this Balance is best seen between it's two components that make up the whole makeup of ki. The empathic light known as reiki and the empathic darkness known as yoki. this is why these 2 energies. Among other things are some of the two strongest forces in the world. But just because it's a balance doesn't mean the ideas of wicked ki or righteous ki Don't exist at all. As mentioned ki is a balance but it's up to you to find what your balance is and to keep that balance no matter what the it looks like when you yourself start channeling your ki.

Most ki users(even if very rare and sometimes called a shameful practice in some spaces) if not all of them agree that out of all energies this is the one where you should get a teacher or otherwise some form of practitioner if you want to properly cultivate your skills without damage or leaking into places that the olden days of wild power once treaded. The exception to this however, are those kinds of special wild thinkers who were able to understand how to access wild power in a safe mannervor otherwise that sort of person that is driven by their intuition just knows not to be brutal and force yourself on the energy. But to go with the flow and let your instincts/intuitions(emotional and otherwise.) guide how you drift and nudge the flow.

Ki itself is actually still very prevalent in the 3 chi that descend from it. Even when the olden day wild shamans began to stop using the power Certain pieces of it manifest in the 3 energies. The sanitized and safer spirit power and it's descendant magical and psychic energies took one certain aspects of ki. Now the light and dark side of ki provided certain stabilities and allowed magic and psionics to flourish. But there are aspects do exist.

Spirit energy took the sensory powers from ki. Enhancing it's amazing sensing and empathetic capabiltiies if not enabling them. And especially beng prevent in spirit energies balanced ties to both(but dampened) the empathic light and darkness.

Arcane power took the power over the physical body from ki. As well as tieing itself with the empathic darkness we call yoki . This gave magic it's phenomenal power over the physical world and the physical form of the user.

And psionics took a part of ki that led to a very interesting aspect of psionics powers. It took the knowledge of ki. Psionics holds within it the know of kis miracles and has been learned how to tap into portions of that knowledge and power for a short period of time (leading to the infamous psycho state where psychics may temporarily perform feats of impressionable mental power over the world itself) psionics also holds extreme tie to the empathic light we call reiki

Ki itself when in full activation flows through all the ki points inside your body(points that can house the other energies. The neural web and arcane anchor run alongside ki points alongside the astral heart) and when in use it's default color seems to use indigo. But more often then not automatically customized to the users special soul colors. And if you switch to mainly using specific ki points that runs along one of the chi holding zones the color of your ki changes to match the color codes of the chi that is usually housed inside there.

When you concenteate ki you get pulse. Or the energy of miracles.

Ki is as exhausting as you let it be. It can be physically, emotionally,and mentally taxing. And if you somehow exhaust yourself in all 3 places then it'll really exhaust you in ways you never even knew. Dangerously so.

While we're on the subject of exhaustion and miracles I should cover those.

For those who think ki and its healing power of miracles are the kind of healing of pure fixing it up good as new you're sorely mistaken.

For ki it is Rehabilitation vs restoration. There miracles and wishes you can cast and grant with ki are not perfect. They're imperfect, they're personal, they're messy. They're better than perfect if you can believe that.

Ki is the energy of miracles. But it's you the caster who has to perform the miracle with pulse. No higher powers are there to guide you. Just you and your intuition and your knowledge from experience of listening to what your energy and the energy around you is telling you.

Your final product will not be as smooth and perfect. It never could be without being shallow and vain,Your healing isn't a reversal of all the damage.

And even the illustrious power to create there items(which will be covered with items another time) might have slight nicks in their material form. But that's the power of it all.

If you know what you're doing. What you might perceive as imperfect recovery or not a full heal can put you in your original state or even put you in a better state then you were pre heal for a short time (like a medicine or therapy that helps with your symptoms.that is if you know what you're doing) But sadly unless your life is in danger and you're at the death's door Ki really has a hard time performing that kind of signature insta heal one might want for an organic sentient life forms body.

For the recovery of people ki seems to be a Slow and steady vs trying to fast track it kind of deal.you could try to perform the 'perfect miracle' and 'perfect recovery' but it isn't worth the immense strain on your body and the body of whoever your healing(it'll be even worse on yourself because healing yourself with ki takes more power out of you)

The energy of miracles will let you do many wondrous and powerful things. And even let you recover and help others recover from things that'll ruin them or cause them great pain. but you need to understand it's not perfect. And trying to be perfect will turn you into a drained husk. The true imperfections of ki make its miracles the special little things they are. And makes them even more powerful then anything that is 'perfect could ever be'

And that is ki.

You might think animals have disappeared from ki but they have not. But instead they're more tame and deeper. More aligned to what spirit energy and inner beasts get when finally unlocked Taking the way of the iron fist once again from their unstable counterpart.

And that's finally doing ki. Whoo boy what a rush.
