On the mispronounciation thing, can everyone please remember it was initially Tsuna not wanting to be called Vongola Decimo? Some of the pronounciations are fun, other- somewhere it got abbreviated to VD, and my first default with anacronyms is Medical. So I bet Tsuna would quit mispronouncing as soon as Reborn or Shamal started calling Tsuna the 'Venereal Disease'.
Naw i doubt it. Tsuna doesnt associate vongona deook with his identity, so he probably uses that name too

Mispronunciation!AU: Fabulous Gigolo. I'm sorry, I had to join in on this one. XD Here's an idea (and I'm only going to give you the basic idea to save space): Somewhat Fairy Tale AU where Tsuna makes friends with Red Riding Hood, who is actually a tall, strong man (he has no idea why people thought he was a little girl, he really didn't) and stumbled from his Fairy Tale world into Tsuna's. Tsuna really could have lived without having to deal with the huge wolf who came with his new friend.
