It’s time for KHR Secret Santa 2018!

This is Reo, again, and I hope this year’s event is going to be a great one!!!

Here is how this year’s event is going to work:

FYI, it’s going to be pretty similar to last year’s rules and schedule. For those who are new, the rules and schedules are written down below!

To participate:

Fill out the form below and submit it to this blog by November 12th. Anyone is welcome to join! 

Note: There are 3 Arc/sections in the whole event, each lasting for about 2 weeks. Each arc, you will be sent a different user to create a gift for. You can participate for as many or as little arcs as you want. 

REGISTRATION CLOSES ON NOVEMBER 12TH

On November 14th, a random user would be sent to you as well as their requests.

You have a total of 2 weeks to draw them fan art, write them fanfiction, make a fan comic, or any other type of fan work. 

You can make as much or as little as you want, but you must make at least one to send as a gift. 

After 2 weeks, when the arc is over, you will be assigned a different partner for the arcs that you signed up for. 

Please submit your work to this blog and not your partner. This whole event lasts until December 25th when all the fan work will be sent out!

SCHEDULE

If you are busy and don’t want to enter long term, you can just sign up for one arc. But be sure to specify which arcs you are signing up for. The deadline for arc 3 is the 23rd of December, so as to give time to organise and finalise the gifts that are being sent out. 

DO NOT TELL THE USER YOU RECEIVED THAT YOU ARE THEIR SECRET SANTA. This way, it’ll be a surprise on Christmas Day. 

Also, I will be contacting the participants through the messaging chat thing (?), so please look out for that. (My URL is yoshireo btw)

Request: (this is what you want to receive. Be as general or specific as you want! You can have multiple requests, but they may not all be fulfilled)

Contribution: (basically, who do you want to do? Write? Draw? Something else? Also feel free to include your favorite characters/pairings to draw/write about, as this will be used to pair you up with other users!)

What you won’t contribute: (Is there a character/pairing you hate and refuse to draw/write about? No NSFW? Tell me here!)

What weeks (arcs) you’ll be participating in: (All 3 arcs? Only Arc 2? Only Arc 1 and 3?)

That being said, though, if you change your URL, please message this blog! 

If you change your URL and don’t tell us, you might not receive your Secret Santa gifts!

If you sign up and do not turn in your gifts, you will not get your gifts.

This is really important! This was a problem for the past four years and we would really like to not leave anyone out this year!

Please do your best and if you have trouble with the gifts, you can always ask about an extension!!
