Distracted From the Decorating - Kai Havertz
"Kai, let me help you with th-,"
"Im fine, Y/n/n, don't worry. I've got it," Kai said, dragging the new Christmas tree across the floor of our house. I roll my eyes playfully as he tries to fix the tree into it's stand, almost resulting in him being squashed. He just laughs nervously when he catches my eye.
"Are you sure?" I giggle, moving over to help him, but his pride gets in the way and he continues to try on his own, doing so successfully this time. I make my way over to him, wrapping my arms around his waist in a hug and kissing his shoulder as I look over it. He hums lightly.
"Ready to decorate?" He asks, reaching for the star and placing it on my head. He smiled widely at me, chuckling slightly. I take it off, placing it on a side table and reaching for one of the baubles and hanging it from his ear in return. He removes it, placing it on the tree. The first bauble, almost signifying our first Christmas spent together. I pick a string of tinsel up from the box, as does Kai, I wrap mine perfectly around the top of the tree. But, Kai on the other hand wrapped it around my shoulders, pulling me close to him.
"Hey," he whispers, leaning his head against mine, noses touching. It feels so intimate in that moment.
"Hey, to you too," I whisper back. He begins to pepper kisses across my face, moving along my jaw and down to my neck.
"We've got the tree to decorate, come on baby," I whine, pushing him off lightly, but chasing his lips anyway.
"No, no, we're decorating the tree remember, love?" He says, the smirk evident in his voice as he teases me. When it comes to putting the star on the peak of the tree, Kai has to put me on his shoulders, jokingly wobbling around.
"Kai, oh my God, Kai! Stop it! Stop it!" I laugh. He steadies, walking me a few inches closer to the tree, so I can finally place the star atop it. He lowers me down gently, wrapping an arm around my waist.
"Perfect," he whispers, leaning down so his lips brush my ear and the air that leaves his mouth as he talks blows down my neck too. It sends shivers down my spine and I can feel the hairs of my arms stand up. I pull away, shaking him off, trying desperately to not let myself be affected by him. He leaves me alone for five minutes, but as I'm bent down to pick up a piece of tinsel I had dropped when trying to hang it on the banister, I feel two hands grab my hips.
"Hey, baby, I've got some decorating for us to do upstairs," he says seductively. I bite my lip, turning round to face him. He looks down at me, eyes lidded, and eyes full of lust. And with that I'm lead up to bedroom to do some more 'decorating'.
