On my commute to work, I was singing along to Alastor's Recap and it got me thinking.

"Burried secrets came to light

Vaggie fought for those above

She fell from grace and fell in love"

So like was it assumed (I guess Charlie assumed) Vaggi was a sinner at the beginning of S1? Or did people think she was a hellspawn?

I only ask because why did Charlie just assume Vaggi could go with her to Heaven? Would Heaven allowed a sinner up for a meeting like that?

I don't think they would have allowed that to happen, not wanting to look at a Sinner. Like would they have allowed Alastor or Niffty up with Charlie, if that's who she wanted to take?

Perhaps Lucifer told Charlie to take Vaggi. And since we KNOW for a fact Charlie didn't know (she had a whole freak out over it), was it that obvious (Carmilla knew) to everyone else in Hell, but just never said anything to Charlie? But, if that's the case, we wouldn't have had the scene between the gang asking Vaggi about her lack of wings and tits.

This whole scene

Alastor literally says "you knew my game the day we met." His game? Killing. For fun. For entertainment. For eventual power (for whenever death occurs). We know this. Or we should.

The only reason he contacted Rosie that day was for power right?

So now that he has it back, I think he'll be complacent for a while. He's now truly friends with Rosie, he's earned her respect, equals. And I truly don't think he ever really hated her. She did uphold her end of the deal for multiple decades.

He no longer has a grudge against her. I think Alastor always liked her, even when she owned his soul. She just had to put his egotistical ass back in line sometimes (it should have been me). It's not because she's a nice keeper (she is, comparatively, for the most part) but because he did see immediate power, which never faultered. He never had a problem with her. UNTIL Adam and Vox.

I think if the fight with Adam didn't happen, he wouldn't have wanted out of Rosie's deal, as badly. It seems that whatever Rosie had him looking for is either impossible, or he truly just couldn't find it. Perhaps eventually he would have broken the deal, but he could literally do anything he seemed fit (as far as we can tell and apart from the 7 year absence, and in this point in time after S2. I know she threw that man in her basement.) for the sake of entertainment.

Sure the whole "entertainment thing" could have been a front for letting him work at the hotel with Charlie, but I don't think it is. (Obviously he was ordered by Rosie to help there, but he doesn't entirely hate it.)

We see him gazing upon Charlie as she's telling Baxter and the other sinners about redemption, he's on the second floor looking on. We see him keep Husker around, a drunk who's no good at gambling, being a bartender, that could be pretty entertaining if you ask me.

In his back story with Mimzy what was he doing? The only thing that gets this guy's rocks off. Killing. Overlords, and you KNOW any sinner that looked at him wrong, or stepped in his way.

He's only in this literally for the love of the game. I know this man kept count of how many killings he did while human, how many were reported in the papers. How many women, how many poc. (He just wanted to kill, maybe not as many women or poc but I think he was pretty indiscriminate, woman also do bad things ya'll).
