Key Performance Indicator (KPI)
I don't always track or measure KPIs for personal accounts (which tend to be very narrative centric) but it's still common in other kinds of entertainment related PR campaigns, especially at the project level.
Common PR KPIs:
Social media traffic
Articles per month
EMV (earned media value) per article, post, or mention
Click through rate (if an article links to a social media post or movie trailer, for example.)
Call-to-action engagement
Pitch to publication conversion
Somewhat vague consumer survey/focus group ratings
