“ you want to know why I don’​t care about joining your little detective squad? because that is what the police are for. it’s our senior year mate, i’m more concerned about what’s going to get me into college than trying to solve who the killer is.” if the local police, the detectives, and everybody else they had brought in to solve these cases couldn’t solve who the murderer was how was anyone else meant too? it was better left to the professionals. there would be life after the murderer was caught and if he allowed himself to get wrapped up in trying to figure it out like the rest of them, he’d forget to focus on doing what he had planned on all along to get into the colleges he wanted.

      growing  up  in  riverdale  was  a  town  that  made  josh  have  a  love  for  many  things.  pop’s  place.  his  friends,  the  movie  theater,  and  going  to  the  city  to  go  to  clubs.  but  the  thing  was,  his  parents  were  very  old  school  and  they  didn’t  accept  that  he  was––  D I F F E R E N T.   so  he  found  himself  to  the  one  he  knew  would  help  him.   a  knock  on  the  door,  waiting  for  an  answer.  feeling  like  an  eternity  for  it.  //  @kevykeller
