This Keto Red Pepper Steak Roll-Ups recipe is a tasty and low-carb way to enjoy a meal. The soft beef is stuffed with melted cheese and roasted red peppers, which makes for a great mix of salty tastes.
Ingredients: 4 thinly sliced beef steaks. 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced. 4 slices of provolone cheese. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 2 tablespoons olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste. 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning. Toothpicks for securing roll-ups.
Instructions: Place the beef steaks on a cutting board and season both sides with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. After putting a slice of provolone cheese on each steak, add some red bell pepper slices and minced garlic. Roll up each steak carefully, and use toothpicks to keep them together. Get your air fryer ready by heating it up to 400F 200C. On all sides, brush the steak roll-ups with olive oil. Be sure that the roll-ups don't touch each other as you put them in the air fryer basket. Air fry the steak for 10 to 12 minutes, flipping it over halfway through, or until it's done the way you like it and the peppers are soft and slightly caramelized.
