It has been a while!!! πππ here is kerang masak sambal tumis, for those who "need" to eat cockles but hates the cockle-smell π πingredientsπ πhalf kilo cockles π1big onion πhalf inch shrimp paste πshallots and garlic πdried chillies (if you like it spicy, put more) π³let's get cooking!!π³ π³boil cockles for about 4-5minutes π³open up the shell. How should I say it..peel off the shell?π π³blend the shrimp paste, shallots, garlic and dried chillies π³stir fry the onion, and the blended spices first. You better cover your nose or switch on the fan or you will sneeze like goatππππππ π³then add the cockles inside the sambal. Add sugar, salt and MSG. π³lastly, if you think it's cook, then it's cook la πππ if you like to garnish, then garnish it. Mine tak sempat garnish.
