      So-               This is certainly a new thing. 

 Yellow brows furrowed into place as he was staring at... Well himself, trying to place if this was another hallucination or just a very 3D mirror.

she was sent to her room to sleep hour previous -- eight o’clock sharp. but it’s 11:01 and she remains staring at her phone. WAITING for a text she’s never going to get back. marjorine knew she messed up, they’d gotten into fights before but this time she was scared -- she knew how EASY it was for kenneth to seek comfort in things of an . . . ILLEGAL nature. she was scared for where he’d gone, what he was thinking. 

it was the weekend and yet she remaind alone. used to the MONTHS and years of almost every weekend of ken sneaking into her bedroom. not always for sexaual reasons --- mostly just to whisper things, trade secrets, make jokes and rant about their day.
