I see Keith fans talking about their favorite moments for his birthday week, and I want to chip in with mine!
100% for sure my favorite moment for him is one of the first we see, Keith escaping from the garrison on his hoverbike. It’s such a kick ass intro and it’s so early on. But it really establishes how skilled Keith is, and how strong and resourceful he is! Especially when hes at his best.
His ‘yup’ will forever be ingrained into my brain. I love how happy and confident he is with himself in this scene, and how creative and daring he is. Who else would have thought to escape that way? But he knew his skills, and had confidence in them, and pulled it off without getting so much as a scratch on anyone or his bike.
Keith, holding a bowl of cereal, having not slept for a week: What if I pour in coffee instead of milk?
Lance, taking the bowl: What if you didn't?
Keith: Do you have like...a first date outfit I could borrow? Like...a pair of cargo pants?
