went to do a renovation of catherine's bespoke lake house! i plan to be using this house in the forest of pleasantview in future rounds for eliana lothario and her fiance, keith collins, once they finally move in together. it's not that far from the rest of town, but generally other sims won't be allowed to visit here unless invited over. eliana would like to still be close by to her parents and siblings, after all. this house costs around 62k unfurnished, but that's no big deal for someone who's a part of the goth (also now lothario) lineage as of right now, the interior is empty, but once they move in i'd like to go for a modern aesthetic, similarly to megan broke and eliana's apartment when they used to live together 💙💙💚💚
