'common' to 'legendary' - its not entirely moderated. its meant to be 'oh well if this is rare, maybe i should do uncommon instead' and fully up to your discretion. go nuts! the only thing i'm a stickler for is their eyes, earrings, and legs. body guide: >any color is allowed!! stick to the luminosity scale. >they can have fur if you want at any length! >they HAVE to have digitigrade legs. as i release more lore and information, it'll become apparent why. but i cant just give away all my secrets in one go.

eye guide: >please please please dont make the pupils anything but white or off-white. >blood color can match either the iris or sclera, but nothing else. >if theyre blind, you may ignore the sclera rules for coloration.

mouth guide: >their teeth are usually very dark on account of what they're made from. >some plats have split their tongues surgically because they think it looks cool! (they also do tattoos and piercings in the same vein.)

tail guide: >go crazy! idc, but long tails overthrow balance and they're dependent on balancing since... yanno, they don't have any fuckin feet. >if there's fur, their tail can act like a lions with a larger puff at the end, but that's optional.

ear guide: >dear lord can they hear you. >for earrings, each plat gets a stud on the day they age up to their adult phase as a kind of ritual. each adult plat HAS to have one, and if they don't... because they're not always a kind race, the stud-less plat will be killed. i don't make the rules. >the more intricate the earring, the harder it is to afford. be careful of the designs unless you just want your plat rich! >the species emblem, which you can see in codex's reference, is off limits to anyone not in the royal family or a member of the priests/scientists.

horns: >do whatever you want! i don't mind, they used these for goring each other on their home planet, so its likely they were intricate and offensive in nature most often.
