Apparently odes heard in the locker rooms of Hogwarts are not about quaffles or beaters but instead butts— Specifically that of Gryffindor team captain Oliver Wood. It seems to be the only thing that fellow team members Alicia Spinnet along with Fred and George Weasley can talk or rather sing about. Is this maybe the reason why it has been so long since Gryffindor won the quidditch cup? Are they too focused on Woods posterior to keep their head in the game?

We hear that Yule Ball King, Oliver Wood, and his date, Fay Dunbar did far more than dancing during the evening’s festivities. Nice to know that a broom and quaffle are not the only things that can get the Gryffindor Quidditch Captain’s attention.

Young romance was alive and well at the most recent ministry event. Draco Malfoy and Oliver Wood were scene moving about the dance floor in a display that surely caused even Lucius Malfoy's heart to melt.
