Tolling is often taken too lightheartedly as “not a big deal” or “it’s just a joke”. The reality is that trolling can range from simple pranks to harassment. Some people have even gone as far as to threaten rape or murder over the internet in order to receive some sort of response to quench their thirst for attention.
