Every assassin knows the shadow is their friend. And Connor had been watching his target from within. All is going well, he thinks, until his cover is blown as  you bump into him. Luckily, with quick reflexes he is able to grab you and shove you against the wall, pushing his arm against your neck as a means of restraint.

Today is wednesday, late evening and night patrol, well at least shes outside instead of the spooky mansion, the outside world seems less scarry yet she always has been on guard you never know what the others are up to, the first gen vests, they are always suprising her in bad ways, you have the red eye gangs who makes cittys into warzones, silver eyes who are wandering at night or are having ravoc in reaper mode, crystal eyed ones who are scheming things.

That gave him pause.

“Who would stab things when they’re nervous? It doesn’t make any sense…it doesn’t matter, you won’t be able to hurt me.”

*As if to prove his point Bazz simply took a step forwards. If the statement was true he should see a reaction soon. Although he was sure he could stop any foreseeable attack.*

Once again just as always Shield needed help with a special mission and they were short on manpower and this job, in particular, was beyond their usual tactics so Wolverine was once again contacted but they required the assistance of X-Force and all the other members of the team were busy, Laura was visiting some relatives Deadpool was off most likely being Deadpool somewhere else and not really having no interest in his job. Domino was probably busy as for the others he generally had no idea here they were.

Whatever it was he couldn’t skip it because he would most likely get pestered by Shield him forced to do it by blackmail which they would sometimes do if it was serious and they were desperate enough for it. Shield knew all too well how X-Force worked so Fury couldn’t get pissed off that he was taking things to the extreme. This would be quite the interesting mission since it was the first Shield mission where he could go all out and hold nothing back. After gearing up in his grey and black X-Force outfit, now all he had to do was meet his partner for this job. All he knew was that she was a mercenary that took down other mercenaries and that was about it. Leaning his back against the wall he waited at one of the Shield headquarters, there was about a five minute wait before the sound of footsteps caught his attention which he assumed was his partner for this job. 

Logan had already been briefed and he assumed she was as well. The task was to sneak into a heavily guarded base that was affiliated with HYDRA and they were supposed to destroy some super weapon that was being built leaving no survivors behind either which was right up X-Force’s ally

Victoria raised a brow, looking mildly perplexed.
