Climate Change, REALLY?
Climate Change Reality
Take time to just use common sense and consider these thoughts
Climate change has been taking place for millions of years before fossil fuels and vehicles why is the cause suddenly here with automobiles etc.
There exist over 350 active volcanoes world wide that are erupting 24/7/365 dumping ash and pollutants all over our skies and earth.
There exists at least three 24/7/365 volcanoes at the bottom of the oceans pushing hot lave into the oceans, and people wonder why the temperature of the oceans increase in temperature.
Think about all the air conditioners that dump trillions upon trillions of hot BTU's into the atmosphere daily again 24/7/365.
The airline industry puts more emissions into the atmosphere in one weeks time than do all the automobiles worldwide in one year.
The great savior nuclear energy dumps trillions of BTU's into the atmosphere daily but fossil fuels are the problem.
Ever think that the only people that are saying climate change is due to fossil fuels are the so called scientists that get their money from so called studies that only support their claims so that they can continue to receive their study grants from the people pushing for these predetermined studies.
Are you ready to stop all airlines from flying to curtail their emissions into the atmosphere?
Are you going to cease using air conditioners to cut the BTU emissions?
What about the endless forest fires that plague the world every year dumping trillions of ash and particles into the atmosphere yearly, but fossil fuels from cars are the issue.
What about the Forests, the Rain Forests that are being cut down for timber and housing space.
What about the sewage etc being dumped into the oceans and rivers worldwide that kills the micro organisms and fish in the waters removing the sustaining creatures and vegetation that promotes clean water and food for people, but fossil fuels are the problem.
Ever think about China, Pakistan, India all the MASSIVE pollution they create and then all that stuff moves westward around the world and comes into the United States and China et el does nothing to cut their emissions or to cut their coal use or anything else least of all pay anything near what the USA pays but changes nothing.
What about all these so called environmentalist that fly airline all over for conferences dumping more and more into the atmosphere contributing to the problem but not solving anything.
Oh, yes let us not place the electric cars on the table for discussion, everybody is suppose to get electric vehicles and get rid of their fossil fuel burners. THINK, the Great electric grid CANNOT support all the electric vehicles that would require to be PLUGGED IN for recharging every day. Where is the electric for these cars etc being created because there is no more use of
fossil fuels, oil, gas, methane, propane, natural gas, coal and please do not forget the lack of water because people need water to wash their cars, their sidewalks, their pools, and of course that all time waster GRASS. We must have grass even at the cost of drinking water.
Then there is the requirement for asphalt paving another use of fossil oil. Think how much heat is generated daily worldwide from the absorption of the sun's rays into all the black sidewalks, driveways, roads, parking lots, that a heck of a lot of climate change (climate warming) but that is not considered in the equation.
What about all the nuclear testing, rocket propulsion, war games, WARS, none of these contribute to climate change so we must address cars and fossil fuels they are the problem.
Then least there is all the HOT AIR coming from the Politicians, the so called scientists that have all the answers but not solution or common sense.

Eden - Keary Taylor
I have just finished writing a review about Taylor's Branded - I wasn't that nice about it either. So I figured I'd balance things about and come right a review about Eden. Eden was the whole reason I picked up Branded in the first place (perhaps I should remove a star for it lulling me into a false sense of security...presuming I'd like all of Taylors books!). But this isn't about Branded, its about Eden.
I can be MUCH nicer about eden. I can't really be mean about it. Except that it was too short, BIG error there Keary...
So a summary: The aptly named Eve has no memory before arriving in eden. Eden is a safe haven for humans, hiding as the whole world was taken over by terminator style cybermen (or is that doctor who..) who assimilate (oh that the borg...) humans, converting them into pat machine/part human cybertronic things (really technical there...), so its a BIG red flag when she cant remember anything but no the village just take her in anyway. There's a whole set of circumstances which leads to them leaving Eden, providing Eve with two hunky men to choose from (Dangerous West and ever faithful Avian)
Eve's a great character, shes everything a lead should be, if you've read any of my other reviews you'll know I like imperfect characters, the more human ones, and thats exactly what eve is. You don't know her past, and you learn about it as she does, and trust me, its not what you think.....
Avian is a little wet for me, but he grows on you, and West has everything you shouldn't be drawn to, but are. You know he's keeping secrets, you know he's a little dangerous, yet you still hope that he turns out to be good (no I'm not going to tell you whether he does or not!)
As you can tell by the way I'm raving, I loved Eden - I've since read Partials by Dan Wells which has some similarities, but overall they head in different directions.
All I can say is :Read it....Now..... :)

Branded (Fall of Angels 1) - Keary Taylor
Just a short review, as it was a little while ago that I read Branded and some of the plot details are bit fuzzy now (too many books, not enough time!)
Firstly let me say - I loved Eden, it was original, interesting, twisting and un-put-a-downable (see it even made me emphasise the words out....) so was hoping for great things from Taylor on this. Sadly it left me wanting.
It was ok, the story was original and the scars and angels were horrifying, as for the dreams (eek I shiver thinking about them....) however the relationships in the book were too forced, too quick and overall a bit fake.
There was still Taylor's excellent writing at the forefront, a lesser writer would have not made me finish the book, however even that couldn't save it. I don't see any reason the relationships needed to be pushed so quick, spreading them out over the series would have been more realistic, and less forced.
It wouldn't put me off further works (especially if there's further Eden books) but I'd be weary of any more of Taylors angel stories.
