When did writing stop being enough????
For a long time, I believed that being a writer simply meant writing stories. Lately, though, it feels as if the definition keeps changing. Somewhere along the way, writing stopped being enough. Now, we're often expected to market constantly, build a personal brand, follow trends, have the "right" online presence, and fit into invisible boxes before our work is even noticed.
The conversation around what makes someone a "real" writer or author seems to shift every day, shaped as much by algorithms and internet culture as by the stories themselves. Sometimes I wonder if we're redefining writing or just adding more conditions to who gets celebrated.

It is a story about a young axolotl born in a mixed raced family (Axolotl and Salamander) just trying to fit in with family and school!
