What they did with Quinn and especially in the finale was so fucked up that I just don't trust this show anymore. I wouldn't be surprised if they brought Quinn back and then just killed him in some random episode like 6.07. I'll watch but my relationship with Homeland is seriously damaged. I'm hoping not beyond repair but we'll see.

Cactus friend here - I'll try to remember the first part that you didn't get: so basically, I wrote I'm not sure it's any good, still figuring out the melody, so far I've written a bunch of depressing Q and C/Q songs, that's somehow easier for me (wonder why that is, especially after this season ha) so this was an unexpected happy turn - a happy Quinn/cactus song. And you inspired that! Go ahead if you want to, I'm a little shy about it though, I'm not sure it's any good..

Seriously, you made me read about cactuses haha and inspired me so much (and helped me to ease my grief), that not only I'm gonna buy that cactus and cherish it forever but I also wrote a song about the tender side of cactuses haha and it made me feel so much better :-) Iove you guys xx

I noticed you compared Quinn to a cactus on twitter - that's so accurate! Hard on the outside, fluffy inside, aww, out sweet trash prince! I think I'm gonna buy a cactus and name it Quinn! And I'm gonna calm down and be happy 'cos I guess I won't watch HL with carrie-saul-dar (btw, the pictures from the PCA were hilarious! like if this is the s6 preview - hard pass!!!) Everyone in my household thinks Quinn is alive, now I'm starting to think he is as well and I think I'm going to believe that because I love these characters and I'll take the bad writing any day if it means Quinn will come back. He's my favorite character I can't live without him. I'm on the Quinn is alive train until someone shows me his death certificate.

How I deal with Q’s loss? I convinced myself s4 was series final. s5 never happened. Maybe Q came back from Syria and QC are together or maybe he died in Syria – but like soldier, in blaze of glory. In both scenario Carrie loved Quinn. Sure, maybe I’m in denial but it’s the only way for me to hate writers, HL and Carrie a little less. It helps somehow. Oh, but TBH I hate them all and still angry and devastated...

I don't know which stage of grief is this, maybe denial, maybe acceptance, but I'm feeling weirdly happy that Rupes is free! Because I feel like he's so much more artistic and free spirited and open minded than the whole show (tbh I'm beginning to think Gansa and the writers are a little too sure of themselves but that's another topic). I hope he writes more, smiles more and isn't type-casted to another assassin role again. And Carrie can have as many boyfriends as she wishes! FreeRupes2016!
