Undyne may not have any form of night vision, but after life in the dim, eternally-underlit Waterfall, she’s still good at spotting movement in the dark. So she’s quick to catch sight of a figure in the dim alleyway between buildings.

They look to be a little monster, though Undyne isn’t sure what they’re doing in an alley. It is daytime, though. Although the Underground lacked sunlight, it certainly had its fair share of light-averse monsters.
