There was a tale of an Irken who once was very eager. So much his creation became an energy blob but still was allowed to live. Then he ended up destroying many thing in the name of helping the empire. Though it always hurt it.

Even heard of a space-time tear he made.

All of that then finally just said enough of pleasing the empire who didn't like him and lives on the planet he chose.

Actual cats work better. Best to steal them from Karens as the humans call them but strays can be kind if you let them. Though humans do sometimes have allergies so I suppose it's best to check.

Exercise or other things calm me down but if all else fails.

Cats. It's proven animals are good for human mental health.
