honestly i only started watching angel bc i knew that it ties in pretty well with buffy and i’m not really that big of a fan of angel himself
but i’m like 5 episodes in and i’m actually not even watching it just for context and the extra vampire slaying content like i originally was, it’s actually a genuinely well written show so far and i love seeing cordelia again and doyle is just hilarious.
so: anyone who in the btvs fandom that wasnt planning on bothering with angel or maybe hadn’t heard of it, i highly recommend you watch it!! it’s definitely worth it in my opinion, especially if you’re watching the show for the first time like i am
