KEIKO is in the live chat. YAY. She didn’t really say much of interest though :P Wow, another solid cover but not as good as last week’s song, I think I prefer that. I am honestly loving all these Kayōkyoku covers. Standard Japanese Pop suits her voice really well. Having now listened to both originals, I am simply blown away by the talent of the original artists. I almost feel like I am missing out on something if I don’t start to explore all those gems. I will have to admit that Keiko can’t quite reach the level of Naomi and Akina (I feel like her performances lack a bit of oomph - is it just me?) but she is definitely getting close. And she for sure knows how to pick songs.
