❝          .      .      .       .          ❞            no    need    to    seek    trouble   when   it    always   seemed   to    find    him   ,     chasing    him    whether   he   wanted    it    or   not .       a   bad    kid   ,    a    troubled    kid .       (      a     kid     in   the   wrong   place   at   the   wrong   time .     )       easy   enough   to   peg   the   blame    on    him    for    any   and    all    disturbances   of    the    peace .      it    was    a    role   he   was    used   to   ,    though   not    one    he   was   necessarily   pleased   with .      had    he    stolen    the    class    lizard   ?       NO .      was    he    about    to    get    the   blame   ?         HE    HAD   NO   DOUBT  .      but    what    was    even    worse    was   sitting   outside    of    the   office   waiting   ,    especially    when    seated   next   to    eddie    kasprzak    ,     science   project   partner   and    soon    to    be    collateral    damage     .    .    .    or    maybe    to    be    damning    evidence   ,      he    wasn’t    quite    sure .      silence     stretches    on    ,     broken    only    by    the    quiet    tick   -    tock    of    the    clock .      silence    that    becomes    almost    unbearable     until         ––––           ❝         .     .     .    i    didn’t   take   the    lizard .          ❞         /      @kasprzaks​
