His head shot to the side at her yelp, finger shooting up to where his mouth would be. Goggled eyes locking onto green. Now was not the time to get caught. Shaking his head, Akira peaked over the crates again as he timed how long they had til baldy rounded the corner.
Not moving from his spot, Akira held up 5 fingers. “They gotta deal with children and the avatar daily. Of course they drink. You’ll be fine. On my mark.” Slowly counting down, ‘4’ ,a small chuckle escaped his lips. ‘3’ ‘2’ ‘1’. He motioned for her to throw it then ducked down. Hopefully this plan worked.

Reconnaissance. It was always the reconnaissance missions that went bad. That damn White Lotus guard changed his route after three hours, trapping the duo in the middle of a loop on the opposite side of the island. They’d tried waiting it out but, after another three hours, restlessness took over. “I know I said we needed a distraction, but this seems a bit extreme” The younger whispered, pulling a book of matches from his belt. “You’re lucky I smoke”

3. Name one scar your character has, and tell us where it came from. If they don’t have any, is there a reason?
Akira has numerous scars littering his body but the most prominent of them is a hand-shaped burn on his neck. The streets were a nightmare and the other street rats weren’t much better. An argument turned physical with an Agni Kai kid named Rokai left Akira scarred and worst of all arrested.
6. Describe your character’s happiest memory.
Republic City. Winter 169 A.G. Equalist Christmas Party. Too Much Eggnog. Arm-Wrestling Contest. A Drunken Lieutenant vs Inia.
15. Is your character an early morning bird or a night owl?
As a kid/teen, Akira was a night owl. Paranoia on the streets and solo late night training sessions kept him awake. As he’s aged he has turned into an early riser, ships arrive to the docks early and he’s learned to appreciate the small things in life. Like the sight of a sunrise over the water.
19. What’s your character’s preferred means of travel?
While he normally gets around by walking or motorcycle, Akira prefers riding a train. He got a taste for it during his time moving between compounds during the peak of the revolution.

Moon peach tarts. Aquene used to buy them from a local bakery as a treat when Akira was mad at her, Akira knows they are bad for him but a good cigarette always hits the spot, One that fits well and doesn’t have holes in it, Green tea, He has a love/hate relationship with Winter, Christmas.
