Kanom Jeeb is a Thai style shumai. They are usually made up of prok when you pick them up off the street. These delicious steamed dumplings can be very good, the best ones for me are delicate and not too sweet. The best ones I've found recently are under the bridge to Lat Krabang Suvarnabhumi Market.
