Thalassery : My hometown After a close to 50 days of traveling, I've come back to my hometown. I come from the land of three Cs. Circus, Cake and Cricket. India's first Circus was established here. India's first Christmas cake was made here. India's first Cricket club was established here. Thalassery is also the second oldest municipality in Kerala. Chinese, Arabs, Jews and Europeans had trade links with Thalassery. Probably the Pier in the picture might have witnessed a lot of Britishers! Those who are not interested in history might be interested in Thalassery Biriyani for sure. Thalassery gives a reason to visit for everyone. So When are you visiting?! PS: 600th post has to be a bit special. I couldn't find anything special other than telling you all about the place where I've spend most of my life.
