While in PH While in the States, I’ve never seen much street cats around, though there are some outside and some of them are friendly to the hoomans. In the Philippines, cats are also can be seen almost everywhere, whether inside the homes, streets, roofs, or wherever they can be spotted. Some of them are victims of the cruelty (which is not even tolerated), caught in accidents, or anything that cause them trouble. Conversely, they are also beneficial to us, like being kept inside to become predator to the rats. Wherever we see the cats around, which most of them are friendly, don’t forget to pet them and sanitize hands after touching them.
