That's to say, Junko didn't exactly grow up in a healthy environment. The only place she could find solace in at the moment was when at school, by spending time with her friends, specially when she developed a crush on her best friend, Aiko Hirano (later known as Aiko Yoisaki), but with whom she never had a serious relationship with due to homosexuality not being that openly accepted yet.

Kanade’s Mother is a warm, loving character. Through her depiction in flashbacks, we see her consideration for others and her care for her family alongside her playful nature. She is a part of the side cast for Nightcord at 25:00 and debuts in Carnation Recollection.

Kanade’s mother was a full-time housewife. In the game files, she is listed as ‘kanademother’.

Kanade’s mother is featured in events Carnation Recollection, The Way I Played that Day, and Embraced By Ephemeral Bubbles (Opening). Notably, she makes brief, dialogue-less appearances in multiple events, such as immiscible discord.

My thoughts? I absolutely love Kanade’s mother and how she’s utilised throughout the story. Through her flashback features, I’ve come to really like her, and her scene distribution brings me such grief (in a good way). Yoisaki family, you and your handling, you!

Kanade's Mother who died from an illness when she was young. She debuted in a flashback during the Carnation Recollection event story. She was 30 years old at the time of her death. In Kanade's birthday card story, she manages to remember that her mother would always make her a "special plate" for her birthday which was filled with her favorite foods (such as hamburg steak, spaghetti, gratin, fried shrimp and pudding).
