I reblogged something from you a while ago where I added that people were harrassing us because we have American plates on the car and I got a lot of hate for it. Yesterday we were approached by a Black dude who has a car through work. Since his employer is based in the US, he also has US plates and can't change them either. Also like us, he's had people try to run him off the road, damage his car while it's parked, and been verbally attacked, but unlike us his harrassment also comes with racist slurs.

Your arguments on "the q-slur" gave me permission to accept that I'm part of the queer community and always have been. You helped me find my own implicit queerness. I'm so pleased to see you actively showing others it's okay to still be figuring yourself out as an adult. Enjoy the glow! You deserve it.

Hi I'm sorry to bug you like this but I feel like you're an actual real person and I need that right now. Not long ago you reblogged a gofundme link for us after our apartment building caught fire. Since then we have lost what little we should have been able to salvage to looters who literally pissed and shat on all my craft supplies and been told that we are TOO low income to qualify for low income housing. We just got good news though and I had to share it with people who cared when it was bad

My QPP @markaleb has a gofundme post up on his blog for us to help us after our apartment building burned down on the 8th. Obviously I understand if you don't, but it would help us so much. Our apartment was destroyed in a fire. There are 40 households trying to find housing in the current rental market and anywhere we call is saying no as soon as they find out we were in that building. All my faith in Canadians is vanishing. As long as they are seen helping it's great but as soon as they can actually be helpful for real, nup, not interested. This is why there are homeless people in this country. We lost everything, your old stained shirts don't help much.
