Q: What question torments your character to which they can’t find the answer to?

Here are some screenshots from the Inscryption demo. In this game you must play a card game against a shadowy entity allegedly called Leshy. Here is the Prospector Boss fight:

Leshy wears a mask to play this guy:

His introduction is a little different each time you fight him. Prospectors special move is hitting your cards on the table with his pickaxe and turning them into semi-useless sacks of gold

You might notice that some cards are not animals but are human instead. I think these might be death-cards that other players have made after getting defeated by Leshy. I did not make the "Kaminski" card below:

The card layouts are pretty simple yet informative. The cards name and cost are at the top, attack power and hit points are at opposite corners in the bottom. At the center of the bottom is the cards special abilities. There is an guide book which explains each ability.

Some cards communicate with you and each other using the space where their name goes:
