Is Widdershins an open-ended project or did/do you have a conclusion in mind?
Due to the nature of the short story format, I don’t have an end for the series in mind, so much as conclusions for story arcs (like the Sins thing that’s currently running) and conclusions for characters. I kinda like having this Discworld vibe where if I felt it was time to move onto something new, I could wrap up the arc and any loose ends without leaving anyone dissatisfied.
We’re concluding the Sins arc in the next book, and moving on from there with something else that’s slowly been taking form in my mind, hopefully people enjoy it!
