This is how I see the whole mv.
Luhan was sick and tired of living away from people just because he's a wolf. He then join in a high school and hoping to blend in with the humans. He managed to find a friend, Kai.
Kai has a girlfriend. Luhan tries to make friend with his best buddy girlfriend. Kai somehow misunderstood Luhan's intention, thinking he like his girlfriend.
There were people chasing after Luhan, trying to kill him. In order to run away he had no choice but to turn back to wolf form to escape. His wolf form was seen by Kai.
One day Kai's girlfriend went missing, Kai immediately points the blame to Luhan for kidnapping his girlfriend.
Kris, Luhan's childhood wolf friend, was the mastermind of the whole thing. The reason for him doing this was to try to get him back to the wolf side.
