But I also like the thing they got going on where they're really good together, and Kageyama is good apart, but Hinata is pushing and pushing himself so that they can stand and fly on their own, but they're amazing together as well

I just love that slow progression to Hinata finally getting tired of relying on their fast attack to hold his own and stay on as a regular

And how when he and Kageyama improved on their own they were able to improve on their combo as well

"Did you like it?"

You heard your boyfriend speak as you walked along the empty sidewalk in the evening. You smiled at him and nodded.

"Of course! I don't remember the last time I went to an outdoor movie..." you looked up at the sky momentarily in thought. You clicked your tongue- you really couldn't remember.

"I'm glad! Even if it WAS a romance...I liked it too." his voice turned into a shy one. You laughed, "No need to hide your tastes from me, Noya. I know you like sappy stuff." You squeezed his hand, as you had been holding it ever since you left the park.

"I forget...you know too much..." He spoke dramatically. You rolled your eyes, "Who's fault is that, my love?" You lifted your brows at him, watching his face flush red. This always happened when you called him that. "M-Mine..." He pouted before his eyes lit up at the sight in front of him.

"Y/N! LOOK." You looked in the direction he was pointing and saw a small market. As you observed the windows, you saw why he had gotten so exited. Posters for his favorite ice pops were plastered on.

"Ohhh, I see. Guess that means we're going in then?" You began pulling him along before he did you. It was hilarious how you could almost feel his excitement. It's like he had his own atmosphere.

"Gari-Gari kun Gari-Gari kun~" He practically sung. You shook your head before pulling open the market door. The two of you walked to the back, finding the small freezer filled with the pops inside. Noya grabbed two, one for you and one for him. The soda flavor like always.

"We've got the goods." He grinned, bright eyed as he held the popsicles before the two of you walked to the front, purchasing them.

Leaving the store, he opened the packaging for the both of you, handing you your own. He immediately began to lick at it, a large smile on his face as he did so. You watched for a moment before you did the same.

"This is amazing...as always!" he commented as the two of you walked in the direction of your house. You let out a happy hum at the taste of the cold treat, replying,

"You get exited over the smallest things, it's adorable." you licked your lips and immediately heard Noya reply, "W-Well, I guess it's just the little things in life, ya know?" he was clearly flustered. When you looked over he continued to nibble on his popsicle. You gave him a nudge with your elbow.

"And that's the attitude we should all have." You told him, closing in on your house. You opened the gate before it and both arrived at the front door, heading inside after you unlocked it. By then, you had finished your treats.

"Ah, nice to be home. It was pretty hot today, thanks for that Nishi!" You took your shoes off, watching him do the same. You headed to the living room straight after, both plopping down on the couch with happy sighs.

"Finally...I've been waiting all day." Noya said. You looked over at him, "Waiting for wha-" you couldn't finish before he gave you a soft kiss on the lips. You smiled into it and scooted up next to him before you both pulled away, "For that." he replied.

"I can't say I haven't been waiting too..." you gave him a peck on the cheek. His jaw then slightly dropped, "You were? Heh? You should have told me! Or at least kissed me first!" he pouted, relaxing his shoulders. You rolled your eyes.

"Yeah, yeah...well, we were a little busy, doncha think? At least we cuddled during the movie! Besides, we can kiss all we want now." you explained, getting you a sigh from the other, "I guess that's true."

He then surprised you by pulling you onto his lap, making you giggle. You wrapped your arms around his neck and nuzzled your face against his.

"So, can we kiss now then?" He asked as if he needed to. You took ahold of his cheek and looked at him.
