Yeah Gustav has that BOOMING bark that makes people run, but he’s VERY well socialised and he LOVES to lick people to death.

I find it's often the dogs that look the most intimidating who are the biggest sweethearts. I've had to sadly corral her in the kitchen when I've had people deliver stuff or come by the house for whatever reason because she gets so excitable but her bark scares people as well as her size.

My next door neighbour has a Great Dane named Gustav (Goose) and he’s 8 months old and ENORMOUS. He’s such a goofy sweet galumphing mess though

Sasha is around that age and is like 90 pounds and is bigger than our Greyhound now. She's bigger than I am! But she's a big sweetie who is a huge klutz and a big love. She's also super protective over me and the house. She's at that age where her bark is no longer this yippy puppy sound and it scares the delivery guys.
