“I don’t suppose you have any food on you that isn’t chocolate?” Hugo asked all but lying on his stomach on the ground as he tried to coerce the puppy out from under the thorn bush. 

“So is this your way of making up being a total troll to me the other day?” Mal smirked as she sipped from the latte the other had given her, still amazed how something could taste so good and give her the boost of energy she needed for her classes and duties. “But on a serious note, how did your audition go?”

“Shit.” Bryce cursed as he all but ran into the store, he hadn’t brought a coat and his shirt was now soaked through, fabric bordering transparent as it stuck to his skin. “If I was you, I’d hunker down in here for however long it lasts, even if it is lunch time or if you’re gasping for a coffee.” He commented with a sigh, “Also sorry about the water- I was close by and it’s the first place I thought of.”

“What would your Mother say if she found out you were inviting me out for a drink hm?” Harry commented with a smirk as he leaned across the table slightly. 

“I’ve never been invited to this kind of spa trip before,” Ainsley admitted. “Mam isn’t big on makeup 'n things like that so I guess I don’t give it too much thought myself,” she added as they sat down in the chairs. “How about ye? Do ya do this often?”

“While I told you I needed to get my steps in, this isn’t exactly what I had in mind,” Athena admitted as she trekked up after Bea. “I prefer a treadmill. There’s less bugs in the gym,” she complained, swatting a mosquito away as she spoke.

“Trust me- I’m resisting all urges to shake like a wet dog right now. I’m not sure I’m strong enough to resist.” Rowan commented, wet, dark hair covering her face in tangled strands. “You might want to wait ten before heading out there- especially when you only have a jacket on.”

“Come on Maggie, keep up!” Theo commented, a smile on his face as he looked back to the other girl, jogging backwards up the rather empty hiking trail. “You can’t still be complaining about the time of morning, you’re up now, you’re out and the morning is beautiful. Be positive rather than negative. That and if you finish the trail with me I will buy your breakfast.”
