"Tch, what’s her problem anyways? It isn’t as if I did it on purpose, ugh…" Natsu kicked a loose stone out of his path, grumbling to himself. Erza seriously got pissed off even at the smallest things, but this time, she really blew her top off. Natsu had said some things that he kind of regretted now, and then he’d stormed off saying he was leaving and they shouldn’t bother looking for him…

Taking off and going AWOL from the guild so suddenly probably wasn’t the best idea, Natsu now realised, but he couldn’t go back now… It would make him look stupid. Damn it, he’d even left Happy behind.

Now that he thought about it, Natsu didn’t have anywhere to stay, since he’d run away. Natsu continued cursing and swearing as he aimlessly walked along the almost-empty street. It was also going to get dark in a bit. He could stay the night in a hotel or something but he didn’t bring any money along with him. Arghh, he was in some deep shit right now.

Glancing up, Natsu noted that the only other person walking on the same street was a guy who wore a long black cloak, which looked pretty darn familiar. Could that be… his saviour?!
