Kaden update: so sorry it’s taken so long. Long afternoon of ups and downs. He’s been in junction and atrial flutter off and on today. Basically both of these we do not want. He’s been very stoic today, and nervous. He knew if things didn’t improve that they would have to electrocardio convert with sedation and shock. It almost resorted to this , they were giving the last medication they could give for today which stops the heart and gives a little jolt for just a sec AND IT WORKED!!!! KADEN IS IN SINUS RHYTHM! And they are confident he will stay there this time. So he will remain in the PICU overnight for monitoring and hopefully do well. They are letting him eat, so he’s happy about that. THANK YOU for ALL the prayers guys! He’s not out of the woods yet but getting closer at least. Here’s two pics that mean more to him than anything. His big bro came to see him on his lunch break and His Varsity/JV Basketball team praying for him after practice.
