honestly their first time is as awkward as it can be. they make all the mistakes (kuroko laughs at almost everything and it makes kagami keep short circuiting). and also kuroko gets really embarrassed bc heās really, really, reeeaaaaaallyyyyyyyyy loud and itās a good thing theyāre in kagamiās apartment (his neighbor couldnāt sleep the whole night and the next time they see kagami theyāre likeĀ āi bought earplugs but just try to be a little quieter next time please.ā kagami never tells kuroko and can never look his neighbor in the eye again.) but despite the awkwardness and almost falling off the bed way too many times (no matter how blushy and dorky kagami is, heās enthusiastic as fuck and that carries into all aspects of his life and kuroko honestly gives him a run for his money), itās also really sweet bc you know kagami tries so hard for kuroko and he makes sure heās comfortable and that everything is fine. (also just as an aside kuroko has a praise kinkĀ ākuroko, ppl cheering for you really gives you power doesnāt it?ā)
as to who started, honestly idk?? i could see it being either of them. i donāt see them as planning their first time and making a huge deal, so it would just sort of happen? like theyāll be at kagamiās apartment and theyāll be making out on the couch and kuroko will just say something reeaaallyy suggestive and kagami will get really red and really hard bc this boy is so into kuroko. kuroko will probably tease him so much and kagami will try to become one with the couch, but then heāll realize that kuroko is actually?? blushing?? a little bit?? and heāll try to get back at him (enter praise kink) and theyāll just be like ā???? u want to????ā and kagami will probably grab kuroko and carry him to his bedroom and kuroko will be likeĀ āwait donāt we need condoms and lube?ā and kagami will trip and almost drop kuroko then like mumble something abt donāt worry itās taken care of, cue kuroko being a little shit abt kagami already having lube and condoms (ākagami-kun, how long have you been scheming to take my virtue?āĀ āWHAT-?!?!NO I HAVENāT BEEN-SHUT UPā) kagami drops the lube three times. it hits kuroko in the face once (ākagami-kun is cruelā āSTOP BEING MEAN TO ME, KUROKOā āiām the one being injured by kagami-kunā) kuroko gets so giddy, he canāt stop moving and after kagami gets over how flustered he is, he starts teasing kuroko abt it. and when they actually start?? they are so inexperienced. kuroko bites kagamiās mouth and accidentally makes him bleed. then he pulls his hair way too hard and kagami tears up a little. THEN he kicks kagami in the face.
they were both a little embarrassed afterwards, not really bc they just had sEx oH MY gOD but bc kuroko kept injuring kagami and kagami kept slipping on the sheets, but neither of them regret it at all (if pressed kagami will admit that he wouldāve wanted to have made it more romantic bc heās super sappy. kuroko, who overhears him, gets literal heart eyes and next friday, kagami walks into a romantic dinner w/ flower petals leading to the bedroom and all that stuff). the next morning kuroko wakes up to kagami making him breakfast in just boxers and tbh you know kurokoās insatiable.
i donāt feel like either of them have dated or had sex before so it would just be their first time in general.
