Are You a "PIA" Customer
Right now while I am buying a new house with my husband, I may just be a "PIA" customer. That means pain in the *ss. What I've learned from this process is that when you need data to make a good decision, sometimes you have to be persistent and maybe even a little pushy. But when you have the information that helps you to make the best choice there is real power in the process.
I've found that just about everyone will take time to help you learn about the product they sell if you are respectful of their time and honor if they may be on commission. So am I a PIA customer, well, I try not to be. I value other people's time but sometimes still need that answer.
