Sounds like the perfect time for a taste test, although buying a single potato of each available variety is kind of hard in a standard supermarket.
Well, there are probably 4-5 different kinds so I suppose I could, but I honestly have just realized today that I probably donât like the taste of potato.Â

maybe you would like sour beers? they are becoming popular, you can find them with a lot of different fruit flavors (like plum or pomegranate)
I donât think the fermentation technique is really the issue, though -- I think itâs the alcohol and hops. Do they not add hops to sour beer? I couldnât quite tell, it was all very technical and focused on the yeast involved.

On one hand, I feel like it would be hard to buy smuggled avocados without noticing. On the other hand, that's exactly the sort of thing that would happen to you. :D
