          it was the perfect way of doing this,  he’s decided.  ever since his split with his ex  &  the constant reminder of how he fucked up a  REALLY  good thing with beca,  he’s finally decided to take matters into his own hands  &  do something about it.  a boombox with a simple minds cassette in it at the ready sat at his feet as he stood outside her apartment.  he paced back  &  forth for what seemed like  AGES  before finally working up the courage.   (  who knows if she’s even actually home.  maybe he’ll get some angry neighbors to deal with instead  ).  with a deep exhale,  he leaned down  &  pressed play,  the sound of  don’t you forget about me  filling the empty floor of becas apartment building.  |  @justeasicr

          it was a text he never expected to get from his older sister.  hey,  bro.  any chance you could get your hands on some weed?  chloe,  albeit quite the partier,  was usually a good girl when it came to things like that.  he’s pretty sure he’s  NEVER  seen her smoke a day in her life,  but who knows how college treated her  &  now that they’re both in new york,  people change,  right?  maybe his dorky sister is finally  COOL.  he quickly gave a few knocks to her door,  tugging at his jacket around him in nervousness.  he hadn’t actually managed to see chloe since his arrival  &  it had been a while,  maybe he was a little scared to see yet another one of his siblings.  a small,  quiet sigh of relief as a brunette   (  who was  DEFINITELY  not chloe  )   opened the door.   ‘ ...beca,  right? ’   you know her name,  you dweeb.   ‘ chloe wanted me to drop something off for her. ’  |  @justeasicr
