Two observations on this kit after finishing the frame:
1. throughout this build, I keep thinking of the weird way that Thom from Mobile Suit Breakdown says "Gelgoog" and have a good laugh, and
2. I am upset that I have to cover this frame up.

I’m starting to do some painting on my Perfect Grade Millennium Falcon’s cockpit tonight. . [1] I used some Vallejo washes to dirty up Han and Chewie’s seats - Han’s seat is the before, Chewie’s is the after. . [2] I used a mix of brown and black washes to make some of the gradients in Chewie’s fur come out. I’m not super happy with this so I may start over in him. Oh well - #justdoitbadly . [3] Threepio is halfway done. I still need to paint his right shin silver and do some black details around his waist. After that, more gunk wash because Star Wars is best when everything is gunky. https://www.instagram.com/p/CCUg59jjiTB/?igshid=jg0dmjamml0z
