Does anyone else feel like you’ve basically been dissociating the entire pandemic, but each and everyday you get closer and closer to completely losing it?

Having no sense of smell whatsoever is weird because it’s wigging out some of my other senses. I went to run a bath to put epsom salt in so maybe it would help the body aches I’ve been having, and my whole brain went, “I don’t know what temperature this is because you can’t smell the epsom salt you put in.” Um hello? I still have hands? I can still dip a toe in? Physical temperature can still be detected through means that have no connection whatsoever to my olfactory system? But no, my brain legit tried to shut off temperature sensation because I couldn’t smell the scented epsom salt I put in the water. This does not make one lick of sense

dunno how I feel about friends not inviting me when they break social guidelines for covid I like am I not invited because they know I would say no because of the risk or am I just straight up not on the mind to be invited because I’m a boring person with too much anxiety lmao
