"Just be." This the one!! It applies to ANYONE. Lately, I don’t feel like mentioning much about “body positivity “ 1. I’m tired of feeling like I have to have some sort of disclaimer statement to appease people and myself 2. I’m really just trying to be. On occasion, you’ll find me talk about my growth because sometimes? I’m in shock at how far I’ve personally come… but honestly? We don’t owe anyone shit on here.🤷🏻‍♀️ We really don’t. Live your life yall. Live your life…And to the men that feel it necessary to tell us how sexually attractive our bodies are or aren’t to them, what they want to do with us physically and /or how we should take care of ourselves for their benefit? Kick all the rocks. The human body is not built simply for YOUR pleasure or enjoyment, nobody asked you. Some of you swear we are ASKING for “it” all the time because we show skin. Whatever “it” is to you😒. Please keep your self centered thoughts to yourself. To me, some of you are asking for a throat punch 🤷🏻‍♀️😂 and yet, here we are. Good day peeps, good day. My weight has fluctuated my whole life and after my son I was a plus size woman fitting into a 16/18. Ive also been a size 0🥴. I’ve gone through the stares, the tears trying to shop, the insecurities, the comments from my own parents about my weight, the permanent stretching of my skin, permanent loose skin, the praise when I drop some weight and someone notices and feels the need to commend me for it. The emotional transitions that come with weight loss and gain. Again, I say this because some swear they know all of me on here. You get about 5% of my actual life.
