It's just so fucked up that the show has gone to such lengths to emphasize that Eloise doesn't want to get married and have kids only for her to “grow out of it” by the time her season comes up.
There was absolutely no reason to turn her into the show's token feminist. Zero.
Her entire character just feels like the biggest mockery of feminism given her story; the woman who just has to Grow Up and mature to realise that marriage and children are actually her destiny and leave all the feminist nonsense behind her. Because at the end of the day, who wants to spend her life as a lonely spinster when she can be a wife?
It was a choice to give Eloise this characterization in the show and they did it knowing they wouldn't deviate from the books when it comes to her endgame.

So....I'm by no means religious...but there's this vegan lady on Tiktok that has made videos in which she pretends to talk directly to God (via a banana) and proclaims that Jesus is a vegan and you'll be sent to hell for not being vegan. Its a weird and uncomfortable feeling to be offended on behalf of Catholicism...its like the spiritual equivalent of walking on a foot thats fallen asleep.
